We do not offer refunds due to the quality of our design team and the unique nature of our service. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can cancel or pause it at any time.

You may not have enough design work for an entire month. Currently, you may have only one or two design requests. It is for this reason that you can pause your subscription. A 31-day billing cycle is in place. Consider signing up for the service, using it for 21 days, and then pausing it. You will still have 10 days left on your service contract if your billing cycle is paused.

That's a great question! Senior-level designers now earn more than £60,000 a year plus benefits (and they're hard to find). Additionally, you may not have enough work to keep them busy every day, which means you're paying for time you don't use. To make sure you're only paying when you need it, you can pause and resume your subscription whenever you want.

With a subscription, you can add as many design requests as you like, and they will be delivered one by one.

The majority of requests are completed within two working days or less. Nevertheless, complex requests, such as CGI visuals, may take longer to process.

To create and manage our work, we use Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Studio Max, Archiviz, SketchUp, Figma, Trello, Filecamp, Microsoft, Wodtune, Grammarly, and Briefing Platform (our purpose-built application).

When it comes to requesting designs, Trello offers a lot of flexibility. The majority of clients request designs directly via Trello, share Google docs or wireframes, or even record a short video on their phone (for those who prefer not to write down their briefs). If it can be shared, Trello allows you to link to or share anything.

We understand that design can be subjective, and that briefs and scope can change. It's no problem at all!

Yes, absolutely. Although our team is very experienced across a wide range of disciplines, we do not perform SEO or code websites. We have a number of partners who will be happy to assist you if you need these services.

That's fine with us. When you are finished with your design needs, you can pause your subscription and return when you need something else. The remainder of your subscription won't go to waste.
